Heard back that the first lady did not qualify for a VA loan by herself. She is looking into the possibility of getting a friend to co-sign.
There was a second inquiry, but haven't heard anything more.
Please keep up with the prayers. It would be such a blessing to get this house sold.

Our property manager/real estate agent (Faye) has received TWO calls today from people who may be interested in buying our house in North Carolina. I sure do hope someone buys it- and the sooner the better. It will be so nice to not have that worry in our lives.
The renter left in February. But didn't get all of his stuff off the property until March. We are still not sure if we will get any rent out of him for March, even though he was told he needs to pay since the house could not be rented again with his stuff there.
I will be very glad if it sells, but even getting another renter would be easier on the budget.
So please keep this in prayer.
